It’s Christmas Eve and I can’t help but reflect on this year, the wins and the challenges.

I won’t lie, 2019 was tough. Ended a long-term relationship, got laid off from my job, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer , found a new job..etc..

Let’s just say it was a VERY INTERESTING year.

Reflecting on this, I learned that the most lesson I learned from this is to recognize when I need support for ME.

I started going to therapy in April and it has opened the door for me to learn more about myself and realize how important it is to take care of ME!

God has shown me that you only need faith of a mustard seed. While at every turn I thought that wouldn’t make it through, in the end EVERYTHING WORKED OUT!

Tis’ the season to be GRATEFUL for making it through all the challenges life has thrown at you!
