Who Says Curvy Girls Can’t Wear Prints?

I can’t believe that we are in the last few days of summer!

The temperature is still warm and the sun is shining bright! I am never a stranger to color and prints and these pants check both boxes!!

Often I feel like curvy girls are sent messages from mainstream media that they need to wear all-black or only neutral colors, especially for pants/skirts. I don’t subscribe to any of those ideas. As long as your clothes fit you well, wear whatever color/print you want!

I love the Pixie pant from Old Navy! They come in so many colors!!

Each season is different, they have many colors and prints! The Red Floral print is sold out, but check out the Black Floral Print Pixie Pant or Pink and Green Floral Print Pixie Pant for that pop of color and print!

These pants can be worn at work and on the weekend! At work with a white blouse or on Casual Friday with a cardigan and camisole. On the weekend, this Peplum Strapless Poplin Shirt from New York and Company did the trick!

Curvy girls may not know but, New York and Co goes up to an XXL! This top is an XL and fits me well in the bust and stomach.  Extended sizes are online for most items. My pants from Old Navy are a size 16. You should size up for a looser fit, extended sizes are online and they always have a SALE!

My shoes are from DSW and are under $50!  I loved the denim shoe trend this summer! The Frayed Denim Heeled Sandal complemented my outfit well. Remember you don’t always have to match entirely from head to toe!

My earrings are from Forever 21! I am obsessed with tassel trend! These Red Fringe Duster Earrings are a perfect pop of color for any outfit and they are under $6.00!.

This outfit is perfect for a dressy brunch event or daytime date with Bae! ❤️

What are some of your fave outfits for brunch or daytime dates?? Share with me how you add color to your wardrobe?

Stay Fabulous ❤️
